Gowns Gowns and more Gowns!

My princess Aurora Gown is coming along nicely, though I am having trouble finding the right colors of satin. I am not willing to shop online for it because that tends to be too tedious and at times unsatisfactory. I have found eight yards for the skirt and a light blue for the collar, but that I still need a darker color for the bodice and a lighter color for the sleeves and skirt yoke. I wanted to have this gown mostly done by thanksgiving so my out of town inlaws could see it. (This also means I need to get my Zelda costume out again for them to view, it's a pain to put on the stand!) After the Princess Aurora is done I will start work on my Renaissance 2010 gown. It's a doozy to say the least! I will post a concept image soon.
